An urban infill teardown: old structure out, new engineered footings and foundation in — on a tight lot between existing homes.
Infill work means neighbours a few metres away on both sides, tight machine access, spoil that has to leave the site, and a new foundation that has to respect existing grades and drainage around it.
After demolition, we excavated and formed the complete new footing and foundation package within the existing streetscape — sequenced tightly so the site spent as little time open as possible.
A clean, engineered base for the new home, delivered without drama on a lot where there was no room for any.
