Where the granite is exposed, footings get scribed and pinned directly to the rock; where the grade drops to the water, the foundation steps with it. The smartest money you'll spend is a site walk before the design is finished — it's the difference between a plan that fights the lot and one that fits it.

Season: ICF can be built in weather that stops other methods, but scheduling around spring load restrictions on back roads still matters.
